The “Different Approaches” art exhibit will be shown January 9 – February 27, 2013. Join us for ArtWalks on Saturday, January 12 and February 9. Local photographers Bob Adams, Jo Ann Gary, and Karen Louviere-Hoyt combine their talents for the latest exhibit at Galerie Lafayette. Adams, a Lafayette resident, has been taking photos since he was a child and now focuses on nature and wildlife photography. Gary, a resident of Maurice, also has a passion for photography, which she has pursued for 10 years. Her primary concentrations is landscape photography and this show will feature photos taken during her U.S. travels. And Broussard resident Louviere-Hoyt’s childhood love of art has blossomed into a full-fledged photography endeavor. Her recent works showcase still life, landscape and macro photography.
